Registration and account information

Registration uses your name, email address, password and required Partner code. Account records include your generated Partner ID, partner-network connection, agreement version and acceptance time. The authentication service manages your password and sign-in sessions.

We use your email for account confirmation, verification codes, account recovery and service notifications. Your profile may also contain your country and payout wallet. Do not send wallet private keys, recovery phrases or unrelated confidential information through the platform.

Payments, wallets and withdrawals

The platform records wallet addresses, investment and top-up amounts, transaction hashes, confirmed payment receipts, rewards, charges, withdrawal requests and payment status. These records support account balances, payment verification, processing and transaction enquiries.

Withdrawal forms collect the profile details required for the request, including postal code, state, city, age, gender and address. Saved information can be prefilled on later requests.

Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses can be viewed on public blockchain explorers. A wallet provider or wallet connection service handles the connection and transaction approval in your wallet. Public blockchain records remain available independently of your BUZZMAKRE account.

Partner-network visibility

Members can view their own account and the partner-network information permitted by their position in the network. Members in your sponsor chain can view your name, Partner ID, tier and permitted withdrawal-history fields, including request date, amount, net payout and status. Your saved address and other private payout-profile details are not included in downline withdrawal history.

Security, support and notifications

Session cookies keep you signed in. Security records help verify sensitive changes, record account events and limit repeated authentication attempts. Support messages, enquiries and submitted redemption details are stored so requests can be handled.

Notifications remain in the active inbox for seven days from delivery. Delivery and read history can remain available for administration.

Service providers and authorised access

BUZZMAKRE uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and account data, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Wallet connection and blockchain services process the information needed to connect your wallet and verify transactions. Authorised operations staff can access the records needed to manage accounts, process requests and provide support.

Your information and choices

You can review your account information, update supported profile fields, review security history and sign out. Verification may be required before sensitive changes. Use account support or the website’s contact options to request access, correction, account closure or deletion of information that you cannot manage in settings.

Such requests are reviewed alongside transaction, security and record-keeping needs. Closing an account does not erase public blockchain records. The date above identifies this policy version.
